Common questions

How do I get my data out, or delete it?

Jesus — WWJD keeps your content on your device and nowhere else. Deleting the app deletes the content with it. There is no account to close and no server-side copy for us to erase, because we never received one. If you want to keep anything, use your device backup before uninstalling.

Is there an account?

No. None of our apps have accounts, sign-ups or logins.

Does it work offline?

Almost entirely. The few things that need the network are listed on the privacy page, and each is either optional or related to your subscription.

Subscriptions, billing and refunds

Apple manages all of it. Cancel in Settings on your iPhone: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot charge, cancel or refund.

I found a bug, or something is wrong.

Email contact@leapstudio.dev with what happened, what you expected, and which iPhone and iOS version you are on.

I found a security problem.

Report it privately to contact@leapstudio.dev before disclosing it publicly. We acknowledge within 3 business days.
