Our position

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA on this website, and to support the iOS accessibility features in our apps.

This website

Measures taken

• Semantic HTML — headings in order, real lists, tables with header cells, landmark regions, and a skip link.
• Keyboard accessible. Every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Contrast tested against WCAG AA in both light and dark themes.
• Honours system settings — light or dark preference and prefers-reduced-motion.
• Text resizes. Relative units; reflows to 320px without loss of content or horizontal scrolling. Wide tables scroll within their own container.
• No auto-playing, flashing or moving content, no carousels or modals.
• No cookie banner.

Our apps

Our apps are built with SwiftUI and Apple’s standard controls and inherit iOS accessibility support:

• VoiceOver — standard controls carry labels and traits.
• Dynamic Type — text scales with your system text size.
• Reduce Motion, Increase Contrast and Bold Text are respected.
• Full keyboard access and Switch Control work through the standard control set.

Include what you were trying to do, what happened, which page or app, and what you use — screen reader and version, text size, browser or iOS version.

We aim to acknowledge within 3 business days.

Content is available in an alternative format on request, at no charge.

Formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response:

• Australia — the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth) applies to the provision of goods and services. Complaints go to the Australian Human Rights Commission.
• European Union — where the European Accessibility Act applies, your national enforcement authority.
• United Kingdom — the Equality Act 2010 applies; the Equality Advisory and Support Service can advise.

We review this statement at least annually and whenever the site or an app changes materially.
